U.S. State Department and the League of Women Voters of U.S.A. host visitors LWV of Africa delegates from Zimbabwe for the 2nd week of a 2 week educational visit that started in New Mexico and had the finale in Baton Rouge. Which included visits to the Universities in Baton Rouge and New Orleans, meeting and conferences with City, Parish and State leaders.
